Home Inventory Scanner

Most homeowners have no real proof of what they own.

That's exactly what an insurer can use to challenge or lowball a claim after a fire, flood, or theft — and reconstructing it from memory once it's gone is nearly impossible. A 10-minute walkthrough fixes that now, while everything's still here. Film your home once, and the AI builds a real, itemized, insurance-ready inventory — with real market values, not guesses.

No credit card. No subscription — ever.

$39 for your first full scan — see pricing.

53%

of homeowners have no home inventory on file — only 47% said they'd prepared one, per a 2023 Triple-I/Munich Re consumer survey.

Walk through your home with your phone camera. Tap "next room" as you go — no need to stop recording.

No. 02

AI identifies everything

Every real item gets identified, categorized, and priced — real market prices where possible, honest estimates otherwise.

No. 03

Get your PDF

A real, insurance-ready inventory report — grouped by room, itemized, total value included.

Your video stays on your device — only individual frames are sent to AI for identification, then discarded. We never store your raw footage. Full privacy policy.

Watch it actually work

A real screen recording — genuine AI output, not a scripted demo.

What you actually get

Not a mockup — real screens from a real account.

A real dashboard showing an inventory with 3 items, its total value, and PDF/CSV export buttons

Every inventory you scan, with its total value and a one-click PDF or CSV export.

A real inventory detail view showing itemized values, an appraisal-needed flag, and a weakest-evidence priority list

Each item priced and dated, high-value pieces flagged for a real appraisal, and the weakest evidence in your claim ranked first so you know what to strengthen before you ever need to file.

Built for when you actually need it — during a claim

Every feature here exists because of a specific way inventories fail insurers and claimants in practice.

Appraisal-needed flags

Insurers typically require a real, written appraisal — not an AI estimate — before jewelry, art, or instruments over about $1,000 get scheduled beyond your policy's standard sub-limit. Miss that and a real claim gets capped, no matter what the item was actually worth.

Weakest-evidence priority

If a claim ever gets challenged, it's the items with no receipt and no price citation that insurers push back on hardest. Your report ranks those first, so you can strengthen them before you need them, not while you're arguing over a payout.

One-click agent share links

Send a read-only link straight to your insurance agent or adjuster — no account needed on their end, and nothing gets buried in an email attachment they never open.

Rescans that merge, not restart

Add a new purchase or scan a room you missed later — it merges into your existing inventory and flags anything that's gone missing since your last scan, instead of making you start over.

Reconstruct from photos you already have

Already lost everything? NAIC's own guidance for a records-destroyed claim is to rebuild from old phone and social-media photos — this runs the same AI identification on photos you already have, not just a fresh walkthrough.

Renter or homeowner — tailored either way

What's actually worth documenting is different if you rent versus own — the app adjusts what it flags based on which one you are, instead of treating every home the same.

Every feature above is available from your very first scan.

Start your first scan

Pay once per scan — not another subscription

Every scan costs real AI processing, so you pay per session — not a monthly fee for a tool you'll use a few times a year. No auto-renewal, nothing to forget to cancel.

Pay only for what you scan — a real price for your first full scan, then a smaller top-up for later sessions. No subscription, ever.

Questions about a charge? Email shabanimilot158@gmail.com — most issues are fixed for free before you'd need a refund.

Questions

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay a real price for your first full scan, then a smaller top-up only for later sessions. No recurring charge, ever.

What if the AI gets an item wrong?

You can edit or delete any item's description or value after scanning, before you export your report.

Can I delete my data afterward?

Yes — your account page has a one-click "delete my account and data" option that permanently removes everything.

Who sees my video?

Nobody. The raw video never leaves your device — only individual frames are sent to our AI provider for identification, and we don't store those frames afterward.

What if I find more stuff later?

Scan again from your existing inventory's page — it adds to what you already have instead of starting over, at a smaller top-up price.

Estimated values are AI-generated and not a professional appraisal. Verify high-value items independently before relying on your report for an insurance claim.
